The Bowman Family—Adam, Anna, Gabriel, Rory, Genevieve, Ivy, Worth, and Eva, are moving to Guatemala to work as missionaries using the game of baseball. Follow their journey and support their mission here.

Our Mission Through Baseball

Dominated by soccer, baseball missionary opportunities in Guatemala don’t exist…. unless the Lord orchestrates it.

Only through networking that His hands could produce was the position revealed to us for Adam to not merely coach youth baseball teams but to be a coordinator of the entire Little League, having influence in the lives of the players, coaches, and their families.

We look upon this community that we thought was beyond our reach and we see the Lord’s provision, goodness, and sovereignty. We look not just upon their physicality but as eternal souls in need of a redeemer, living in a region with essentially no missionaries, no sound churches, and no Biblical resources. We know God’s mercy is our only hope. We have to go so they too will know.

And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
